Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Europe, Canada and to the US. If this list does not include your country, please contact us selannestore(a)popappstore.com to check if shipping is possible.

 

How much does shipping to my country cost?

The shipping cost to your country / selected destination can be seen at check out before you place your order.

 

How do I know if my order has gone through and when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after placing the order. Please check your spam folder, in case you did not receive the email. We will send a shipping confirmation email once the parcel is on its way to you.

 

Where is my order?

How long does standard delivery take?

Delivery usually takes around 5-7 working days, depending on the destination. All orders are shipped from Finland, Europe and deliveries to distant locations can take up to 20 days. Please be patient and do not contact us before this time has passed. Note that these “estimated delivery dates” are estimates only, which means we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

 

The estimated delivery date has passed, but my order has not arrived. What do I do?

There are many factors that can affect the delivery times, such as the Christmas rush at the post office, and most likely the parcel is just still on its way. Check the whereabouts of your parcel over the link https://www.posti.fi/private/tracking/index.html#/?lang=en by entering the tracking code stated on your shipping confirmation.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Before shipping the items back to us, please email our customer service selannestore(a)popappstore.com and we will instruct you on the return. Title your message "Return" and include the following information in your email:

- Your name

- Order number

- Name and amount of the products you wish to return

- The reason why you want to return the products (wrong size, faulty product etc.) 

Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund including the shipping costs for your order. The customer is responsible for the return parcel until Sel8nne Store has registered the return. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping will be at your own cost.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You have a right to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. Contact our customer service selannestore(a)popappstore.com, title your message "Cancellation" and include the same information as if you were returning your order (see previous question).

 

Proceeding to Checkout on my iPhone results in an error message.

While browsing our website with Safari on your iPhone or iPad you might encounter an error message during check out. This is due to our SSL certificate provider godaddy.com's server certificates signed by an intermediate certificate which is not trusted by any iOS by default, unlike most other devices and browsers. No worries you can still shop with your iPhone, simply click the "Continue" button to proceed through the checkout process.
